Contact Passengers

You can contact a passenger when their Delayed, Damaged, or On-Hand Bag File contains an email address or cell phone number. For example, you can inform the passenger that their bag has been located and ask them to call the airline's baggage service.

Send a Message

Menu: Display a Delayed, Damaged, or On-Hand Bag File > triple-dot > Notify Passenger

  1. In the Notify Via drop-down, select how you want the message to be sent.

    The email address and cell phone number from the file is automatically entered as appropriate.

  2. Select a pre-formatted message, or type a message in the Message field, then click Send.
